RETURNS & SHIPPING
We have purpose built our store to allow our customers the opportunity to see and try our garments and see por products in person before purchasing. With purchases made in our Store we do not offer refunds on goods due to change of mind. We would be more than happy for you to return your item for an exchange or credit note. Please note that this must be returned to us within 7 days from the date of purchase in order for us to process either your exchange or credit note.
The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal. Due to hygiene reasons jewellery and lingerie may not be returned unless in the circumstance that the item is faulty beyond repair where we will endeavour to exchange for a replacement or credit note. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

Thursdays child Store will happily accommodate the following return options for all online orders purchased at full price. Please note that you must be in contact with us and have returned the item within 7 days of receiving your online order. The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal. Due to hygiene reasons jewellery and lingerie may not be returned unless in the circumstance that the item is faulty beyond repair where we will endeavour to exchange for a replacement or credit note. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Beauty and wellness products are only able to be returned provided the security seal is intact and not damaged in anyway.
Credit note and Exchange
If you adhere to the above guidelines and wish to return your order for a credit note or exchange we will offer you free shipping for the return item. Please send us an email at email@example.com and we will send you a returns label to attach to your parcel. You can lodge this at your nearest post office or drop in any red post box free of charge. Please allow 1-3 days for us to process this once it has been received back into store. Credit notes are valid for 12 months and will be issued as an online gift card to be used via our online store only. You will be emailed a unique code to enter upon checkout. For exchanges, we will hold your exchange item until your return has been received. We will be in touch with you to send out your replacement, please note shipping fee’s may apply.
Requesting a refund
If you adhere to the above guidelines a refund is possible where purchases have been made at full price, meaning no discounts have been applied. A refund excludes any purchases made using loyalty discounts, credit notes or gift vouchers. Refunds are also excluded for any purchases made via Afterpay. If you received free shipping on your original order a $10 processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover any shipping and handling expenses. You will also be required to return the item at your own cost. If you pay with your PayPal account they may be able to refund your return shipping costs – this includes up to $45 per return and 8 returns each year. Sale items including where a discount code has been applied cannot be returned for a refund. Items reduced to 50% or more off are final sale and cannot be returned.
Orders places before 2pm will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched where possible on the next working day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our Store. This excludes any of our handmade incense holders and handmade ceramics. These are shipping 1-2 days after the order is received.
Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
