The kaleidoscopic gold heart necklace reminds us of the vintage stained glass windows in Europe. A heart filled with different coloured enamel and an etched flower on its reverse side. This heart necklace was designed to show the fragility of the heart like a stained glass window and how every heart is the same, not just seeing one colour but an array just like it was intended to.
Enamel: Enamelling is an Ancient Greek method of enhancing jewellery with colours. This is a more sustainable method of adornment, when stones aren't available. This is the fusion of powdered glass to metal.

This piece is made with vermeil gold, which is 2.5 micron thick 18 karat gold over, 925 sterling silver, for a longer lasting brilliance
